Premium FCV-grade raw tobacco leaves from Andhra Pradesh's Krishna-Godavari belt. Available for wholesale, bulk, and export orders.
Virginia Flue-Cured Tobacco, commonly referred to as FCV (Flue-Cured Virginia), is the most widely traded tobacco variety in the world. Namah Traders sources exclusively from the Krishna-Godavari delta belt of Andhra Pradesh — India's premier FCV growing region — where the unique alluvial soil composition and climatic conditions produce leaves with exceptional brightness, high sugar content, and a characteristically mild flavour profile.
The flue-curing process involves heated air circulation that carefully dries the leaves without combustion contact, preserving the leaf's natural bright colour and locking in the sugars that give Virginia tobacco its distinctive sweetness. Our FCV is sourced in multiple stalk positions — lugs (lower), cutters (lower-mid), leaf (mid), and tips (upper) — each offering different flavour density, nicotine level, and body characteristics to suit diverse blending requirements.
Every incoming lot undergoes a comprehensive in-house quality inspection before being made available for sale. Our grading team assesses leaf colour, texture, aroma, moisture content, and nicotine percentage. Only lots meeting our established grade benchmarks are accepted. Rejected batches are returned to source at our cost.
